Our first two Nissans were bought from this dealership (Smithtown Nissan) some 12 years ago. While we hadn't made a decision to purchase a new car on the day we visited the dealership, we spent some 4 hou (Smithtown Nissan) some 12 years ago. While we hadn't made a decision to purchase a new car on the day we visited the dealership, we spent some 4 hours there considering possibilities, and ultimately decided to leave our car there <GRIN> and buy a new Rogue SUV, taking it home that same evening! The presentation by Jeff Matheos about several models and the advantages and features of each, was excellent and thorough, and the follow-up visit several hours later gave us a chance to speak with Jorge Cordero, who helped us narrow the choices down and to ultimately arrive at a fair price and feature-set. Brian Vasak helped us arrange for quick financing including a substantial savings by utilizing a finance source that we hadn't used previously. From start to end, this was a superb experience, exhibiting no pressure by any of the staff, belying the unfortunate industry stereotype of car salesmen. A slight problem with the closing of the moon roof that was not evident at the time of purchase, was expeditiously taken care of by their maintenance staff as soon as we brought it to their attention.
