When the financing paperwork was prepared for signing and I questioned a difference in the total amount down, I told the leasing manager (Brian?) that I was informed my total down would be lower. He immediately took the paperwork back to Al and Al had him change it to what we discussed, even though they took a hit on the difference. No questions asked. Al even called me the day after I brought home my new car to ask if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with my car.
