I had a difficult case as my wife and I were in a Bankruptcy situation, but a loyal Nissan customer for over 20 years. Matt never gave up trying to help us get a new Lease. Alli was also there when i Bankruptcy situation, but a loyal Nissan customer for over 20 years. Matt never gave up trying to help us get a new Lease. Alli was also there when it came to working with Corp to get all the paper work completed. Of course Oscar was working behind the scenes like the Wizard of Oz watching and helping to see we were treated well. AND WE WERE! a happy ending to a story that made us customers for life. Wow best experience I ever had at a dealership. My son (23) first went to Smithtown Nissan on his own looking for an Altima. He had visited a few dealerships prior and seeing a 23 year old needless to sa (23) first went to Smithtown Nissan on his own looking for an Altima. He had visited a few dealerships prior and seeing a 23 year old needless to say they tried to take him for a ride. NOT THE CASE AT SMITHTOWN. Billy Doyle was the salesman who my son dealt with. Billy treated him well and made the deal work. We went the next day and drove away with the Altima. While there I mentioned to Billy and Chri Nesky that I had a 2010 Maxima which I was leasing but would love to get into a Murano. I thought this was a pipe dream but between Billy and the finance manager Chris Nesky they told me they could make it happen and they did. They gave me a deal which was better than what I was expecting, with no nonsense. There customer incentives such as free car washes, service packages etc were more than I have ever received anywhere else and I have been leasing on a regular basis for years. Bottom line I went to Smithtown looking for one vehicle and wound up leaving with two vehicles. I live in Staten Island 80 miles away, but as long as Smithtown continues to have good staff on hand and the treatment stays the same, I like Nisssan products so I see myself making the trip for years to come. Rob T. was always patient and helpful. We were initially going to buy the Nissan Rogue but we ended up likely the Juke SL. Even though they did not have it in stock, he made sure we got the model and color going to buy the Nissan Rogue but we ended up likely the Juke SL.
