This is our 2nd car through Smithtown Nissan. While living in AZ, we purchased an Altima from Smithtown Nissan and had is sent over to us...without even seeing the car. We are now back in AZ and have traded in the 09 for a 2011 Altima Special Edition...and again...we didn't even see the car before we went to pick it up! Just from convos over the phone, we asked and we got what we wanted. The entire sales/financing team at Smithtown Nissan have been extremely pleasant to work with and have put all those typical "pushy, sales guy" sales guys, to shame.
