I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and I always have a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, but most of all, Matt Brown goes above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy m always have a positive experience. I truly love working with him and Smithtown Nissan and I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone who I know wants to purchase a Nissan. When I purchased my first Rogue from Matt almost 2 years ago, he got sick and was hospitalized a few days prior to the day when I was supposed to pick up the car. Matt contacted me from his hospital bed to inform me that he had not forgotten about me and that someone else would be helping me complete the purchase. The customer service that Matt demonstrated was so wonderful, unexpected and way beyond the call of duty. He referred me to Rob Tarnowski who was also very nice, helpful and professional. I enjoyed driving my 2010 Rogue and thanks to Matt, I'm now enjoying my 2012 Nissan Rogue! Great vehicle! More

Will Alicea did a great job working up 2 different models for me for a lease. Once I decided on the Rogue - I found the process to be seamless. I had an accident not too long ago and had an autobody shop out in Queens take care of the labor. It was a lot of back and forth and the job as a whole was not done properly.
