My entire process at Smithtown Nissan was a pleasure. From the moment I walked into the showroom to the moment I left with my 2012 Nissan Rouge everyone was professional and friendly. Rich even came back after his day had finished so I could show the Rogue to my wife and have her test drive it. Rich came back from his home after having dinner. That ways more than what I would have expected. A pleasant surprise. Rich was very professional with my wife and took the time to explain all about the vehicle during our test drives. Again, even though he was already off for the evening he took the time to explain the leasing process, service, etc. Rich, although he explained all the features of the vehicle during our test drives he once again went over every facet of the car before we left the showroom with it. My wife and I had been Nissan customers for many years but 6 years ago we changed makes but coming back to Smithtown Nisasn and being serviced the way we were, reminded us why we had gone to Smithtown Nissan in the many years we did. As a side note Michael Scheff, the finance Manager was one of the nicest people I haver ever met in that particular position. Both Rich Incao and Michael Scheff are assets to Smithtown Nissan. More

I was very impressed with the sincerity the sales person demonstrated in wanting to meet my driving needs. He wanted to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and could have, but did not steer me i demonstrated in wanting to meet my driving needs. Matt contacted me from his hospital bed to inform me that he had not forgotten about me and that someone else would be helping me complete the purchase. The customer service that Matt demonstrated was so wonderful, unexpected and way beyond the call of duty. He referred me to Rob Tarnowski who was also very nice, helpful and professional.
