I had been to a number of dealerships and the first thing to impress me at Smithtown Nissan was when Keith greeted my daughter and I at the door. He was kind and not pushy. After taking care of my ill husband for years and then his passing this past August, I was not emotionally, or financially ready to NEED a car. As fate would have it, both my vehicles broke down and required too great an investment to fix. I was determined to get a reliable car, one that also felt safe. After the test drive, I knew the Altima was for me. Keith negotiated and worked with me until a price was met, with great satisfaction from me. My daughter and I could tell that Keith was genuinely happy for us, that means much. As for Will, he too, was terrific. He was very kind and considerate in telling me how my credit was and explained my options. I would DEFINITELY recommend your business and have already! I was under severe time restraints but she and Joe and Christian all made it possible for me to drive away in my fabulous new truck in record time. I had absolutely no intention to buy a truck that afternoon but thanks to Jill and Joe and Christian I did. And, I am thrilled. When I went in, Keith and I agreed that I would pay no more that $400 out of pocket. When I went to pick up the car, Brian Vasak told me it was mandatory for me to pay for the first month... which was no more that $400 out of pocket.
