My family went in on Fri. and they spoke with us about getting into a newer vehicle, I was hesitant and the kids were hungry. The staff was VERY patient with us and the kids and helped us entertain them getting into a newer vehicle, I was hesitant and the kids were hungry. I went back on Monday and Mike was glad to help me find the right car. It was cold outside and Mike brought the different models to the door so I didn't have to walk in the cold. I thought that was kind of him I didn't mind going out and looking. He was very informative and he offered to help me clean out my auto. Once my auto was ready Mike sat in the car with me and my husband and went over the features of the vehicle and explained that I could always call if I had any issues. He set up my Bluetooth for me and how to use it as well. Smithtown Nissan staff was great, the insurance broker was also nice and able to assist me as well. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new vehicle and decided to look at Nissan. This happens to be our local dealer. He explained the difference between the lease process, the direct purchase process, and the process to lease with the option to buy. My wife and I went on a Saturday. Mike stayed past closing time to allow us to test drive some vehicles. We were never rushed, and there wasn't even a mention that it was passed his duty hours. When I realized that we were the only ones left in the dealership, I inquired about the closing time, Mike's only response was that it wasn't a big deal, and that if it's the time we needed them to be open, well then, their open. After apologizing, my wife and I agreed to come back the next day to continue shopping. Mike took us out for another test drive the following day, which closed the deal. Mike was also able to apply a boatload of rebates that reduced the car to a doable price for us. I couldn't have been more pleased with the sales staff at this dealership. I have already recommended them to my parents who are also looking at purchasing a new vehicle. More
