Today Was a Great Day! I always receive the best service at Sierra Honda of Monrovia. My service advisor, Yessi Perez, is truly a GEM! She always makes sure my 2017 Acco I always receive the best service at Sierra Honda of Monrovia. My service advisor, Yessi Perez, is truly a GEM! She always makes sure my 2017 Accord is in top-notch condition. It’s so inspiring to see a superstar like Yessi thriving in an industry often led by men. She’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly—and most importantly, she makes women feel safe, respected, and understood when it comes to car care. A huge shout-out to Mr. Howard as well. He consistently puts customers first and supports his entire team with professionalism and care. Chris "Breezy" Brown, who now works in both rentals and cashiering, is another standout. No matter his role, he provides amazing service with a smile. Recently, my 2017 Accord needed some work. Even though it’s in good shape, Yessi helped me see what might come up down the road, and I decided it was time. I also have to acknowledge Adam, who stepped up a few months ago when Yessi wasn’t in. I thought something major was wrong with my car and was ready to pay for diagnostics. Adam checked it out and instead found a loose battery cable—saving me money and stress. That’s integrity! Now, fast forward to June 21, 2025. Mr. Howard connected me with Ethan, who was an absolute blessing. He introduced me to Brandon in sales, and the experience only got better from there. Brandon was patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured me. He took the time to walk me through all the cars and their features. And the cherry on top? He’s from my hometown—DENA! After reviewing my credit, Brandon brought in his manager, Yousef, who asked for my thoughts on an EV. They showed me two beautiful options right there in the showroom. Yousef had such a warm and caring personality, and he treated me like family. His support of Brandon during the process meant everything. And then it happened—I fell in love with the 2025 Honda Prologue Touring in Nordic Forest. Brandon pulled it right out of the showroom doors. Wow—look at God! A dream come true. My last four cars have been Hondas, and I’ve always been treated right. I drove in on Friday with my 2017 Accord and left on Saturday with a sleek, head-turning 2025 EV. Even as Brandon was pulling the car out, another friendly face was helping him—turns out, he was the General Manager! We chatted, and I was thanked for being a loyal Honda customer. That meant a lot. Preston, another amazing team member, helped ensure the deal went smoothly, and Edgar in Finance was hilarious and incredibly thorough in explaining everything. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to my Sierra Honda of Monrovia family: Yessi, Chris, Mr. Howard, Ethan, Brandon, Yousef, Edgar, and Preston—THE BOSS! God blessed me the day I brought my car in for service, and now I’m thankful to have built such a strong relationship with the Sales Department too. Prosper and Preston made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were kind and respectful of my feedback and budget. We were there for 3-4 hours, everything moved efficiently and the experience wa stress-free. They were kind and respectful of my feedback and budget. Minor Feedback— I do wish someone quickly highlighted all of the unique/different car features before we drove off. The security system was also not disabled after we left, so the car went into anti-theft mode when we went to our first destination, and it slowly rolled backwards. The car would not start. Luckily, Prosper came out of the way, drove to us, and disabled the lock, and we were able to start the car and go home. Glad to be a part of the Honda family now! More
