Absolutely would never go back to this dealership! Worst experience ever. Made a deal with their salesperson, Charlie Li, who is clearly not a man of his word. We both agreed it was a done deal. Asked if I could complete paperwork or anything else to secure car or move the process forward and was told no, that he would call once the car came in. We agreed on a day for me to come in to do paperwork. About an hour before we were due meet, he called to tell me the car we agreed to had been sold (it was not a common color) when I told him I wasn’t interested in a different color, he made no attempt to remedy the situation and advised I try another dealership. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me he would let him know. That manager never called me so I assume he did not tell him. I ended up calling the dealership the next day and spoke to a different manager but I had no desire to give these guys a dollar of my money. I ultimately bought from Norm Reeves who made it fast easy and delivered the car they promised at a better price. More
