Although I had test-driven the car, Tony very carefully and patiently explained every aspect of this amazing vehicle. While the safety features and state-of-the-art technology were new to me, Tony was able to show me how everything worked, answer an assortment of questions, and explain every feature in a clear, concise, and simple manner.
