Price was good only I purchased my 2019 EX-L Pilot last week. The price was the lowest out of the other 4 dealers. The finance department agent who handled my paperwork I purchased my 2019 EX-L Pilot last week. The price was the lowest out of the other 4 dealers. The finance department agent who handled my paperwork was great. It was quick and easy. The sales guy Richard was nice. However they made me wait over almost 2 hours to clean the car and get the car's system updated. My phone battery was dying then I asked a guy name Kirby if they could help me out as I was waiting for the new car. He told me I could just buy a cable at best buy for about $4-5 which was very close to the dealership. I was not happy with his response because it was pretty rude. I then told him never mind. And I said I am waiting for my new car to get ready, then he took a charging cable and told me where to charge my phone. My impression is like if I had not told him I am waiting for the new car (just purchased a new car there), he would not have lent me the cable. It was not a friendly and pleasant experience. But I did get my phone juice up and returned the cable back to Kirby. If it had not been the 2 hours wait and this charging cable incident, I would give it an excellent and would recommend them to my friends. More
