Sami was excellent about the problem I was having and seemed as though he was part of the troubleshooting of the infotainment system. He took the time to learn what was going on and how to fix it. He didn't give up just because the initial diagnostic seemed fine. He listened to what I described and was able to recreate the problem. Our Odyssey has been in for a radio recall FIVE TIMES now, and it's STILL NOT FIXED. Shottenkirk has been good in the past with communication and prompt service, but this time was NOT.
