I recently scheduled my 2018 Honda CR-V service online and took it to the Service Center on the scheduled date and time. I had an excellent experience. I scheduled my service online and was given 2pm time for Saturday. I added in the instructions that I wanted the ceramic coating also. When we drove 2 hours Saturday, Michael Wessner was not friendly at al Saturday. I added in the instructions that I wanted the ceramic coating also. When we drove 2 hours Saturday, Michael Wessner was not friendly at all. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered with us. He said that it was too late in the day to do coating. He said its only done M-F that I had to be there at 830am. When we bought our car, we were told that it would be done when we brought it for service anytime. No one communicated with me that they couldn't do the coating. Now I have to take off work to come back to get that done. He said I should have called to make my appointment instead of online. Why have an online service appointment process if its not going to be followed. Your website needs to be clear if there are limitations to your services and not use the online service appointments. I am extremely disappointed in your poor communication and service. More
