We came in for regular maintenance and Ginger was our service adviser. She told us what needed to be done and helped us select what was needed but didn't tell us that even though we have paid for the coa service adviser. She told us what needed to be done and helped us select what was needed but didn't tell us that even though we have paid for the coating for the interior we have to ask for it every time. We were told that the service department would tell us when that needed to be done and they never have. We dropped the car off at 9:30 am for the 15,000 mile service and it wasn't done till about 3. Good thing we didn't wait at the service department More

I received a recall on my truck, 2017 Honda ridgeline and I talked with Kevin Etters and schedule my appointment with him. He was wonderful to work with.
