We chose Shottenkirk over other Honda dealers based on the online customer reviews. There are two Honda dealers closer to our home that didn't come close to this dealerships ratings. We went to purchase the online customer reviews. There are two Honda dealers closer to our home that didn't come close to this dealerships ratings. We went to purchase a 2024 Hybrid CRV. We were helped by Travis and he was able to answer our questions. The dealership was clean and we were able to get a pretty good deal on the CRV. There was no high pressure at all; we chose purchase over the lease since the lease was not the deal Honda advertised on line. (Most likely we would have bought the car anyway since we have been driving Honda's since 2009. More

Drew and the dealership worked to get me a better interest rate than my pre-approval from my C.U. I saved about 4 percentage points on the financing. He even drove me to drop the rental off. Angie was so helpful and kind. I brought my car in to address two recalls and one issue with the headlights. The recalls were fixed with no problem.
