I told the service writer I just got tires on the car a year ago and had a alignment done at that time. I got the report back that all fluids and air was checked in my car. Wrong next day I had to put air in my tire. Light has not been on since. My wife keep checking on the car because she saw it parked outside. Well they told her it not done yet funny how the car didn't move from where it was at 45 min later they told her it was done. I take my car there with a problem it never gets fixed right. Seat still shakes sterling wheel still clicks. I only go there because Dave the parts manager is great. And when my service writer is Bob Anderson I don't seem to have any issue's. I am very unhappy. Just might do my own oil change and tire rotation from now on. More

We feel, however, that numbers were manipulated to the dealerships advantage. It's our fault for not questioning the end result further so we take that responsibility fully upon ourselves. The day before our purchase our trade in ( 2007 Toyota Tundra ) had a trade value of $13,200 towards a 2016 Toyota Tundra. The next day on the paperwork it read as $10K. We questioned it at the time but mumble jumble led us to believe that there was a reason for it. Also, that morning I called Randy and told him that we would be up to do the deal if they would take $2,000 off of the sticker price plus the numbers that we were given yesterday. After checking with someone for less than thirty seconds he came back with the good news that they could make that happen. In the end, they used a cash rebate of $750.00 towards that $2000 so we ended up only getting $1.250 off the sticker price. It was not a comfortable buying experience, but what's done is done and shame on us for letting it happen. I cannot in good conscious recommend the dealership to anyone who may ask. More

Terrible follow through Appt made one week in advance. Day of drop off, no parts ordered, could not find paper work.
