They check everything over with no high pressure to purchase other services. I was happy to drive away with a low bill and a time frame for the next appointment. I will go back again. More
Poor experience I sent my 17 year old son to service my new 55 k tundra tdr pro, service was fine, but when he asked about issues we had with cover that we purchased I sent my 17 year old son to service my new 55 k tundra tdr pro, service was fine, but when he asked about issues we had with cover that we purchased at and was installed by dealership, he was told it's not their problem. It's 4 months old, warped and leaks when it rains. How is this not their problem? I will now contact manufacturer. Also I have a missing set of keys, they want 125 for a standard key and 375 for remote. I have another car that has computer key, keyless start and replacement key was 200. I feel they took advantage of me for sending my 17 year old and didn't take him seriously, I won't be back Managerontbbe More

My experience The sales people (Courtney Mutchler and Andrea Bruno) were great. Friendly and forthright. Both followed up post sale to make sure I was happy with my new Vehicle. Most importantly, I felt the price I eventually paid was very fair. I do feel, however, that there are several things that could be improved: 1) at first I was told that the Internet price didn't include extra charges for paint protection and a dealer fee. If I remember correctly, these charges would have added roughly $1,800 to the price. After some discussion, the charges were removed and I eventually paid a little less than the Internet price. While we worked it out, these surprise fees were annoying and felt more like a cheesy used car lot tactic than I expect from a Toyota new car dealership. 2) the music in the showroom was ridiculously loud. The volume made it difficult to concentrate during the price negotiation. I was told that the music couldn't be turned down because the sound system was locked in an office. When I was leaving as the dealership was closing the music was turned down before being turned off. Not sure if annoying the customer so they want to finish up quickly is sales tactic but what about to making the customer comfortable and happy. 3) the first finanancing quotes provided included extended warranty plans that I didn't ask for. We hadn't even discussed the plans. I could have easily missed that they had been added. This seemed like another tactic that I didn't expect from a big well established dealership. I would still go back to Shore as the price was the best I could find and the sales people were friendly. I would however warm anyone about the cheesy sales tactics before recommending they buy a car there. More

Best Auto Dealership by Far Have purchased 5 vehicles at Shore Toyota, the last one for my daughter for college. Have used the service department always. People are all friendly and helpful, never met anyone without a kind word and smile. Lori Reynolds has been my service advisor throughout.
