Disappointed I've gone to Toyota for service since I bought my car in 2014. I've always raved about the awesome customer service. However, this past experience was I've gone to Toyota for service since I bought my car in 2014. I've always raved about the awesome customer service. However, this past experience was disappointing. The assistant manager told me they always do $99 service on my car, which they never have! He then appeared frustrated and demonstrated poor customer service. They were supposed to replace a small light on the knob for the AC and not only does it still not work almost $30 later, but the button for the AC is cracked. This experience has made me question if I could trust Toyota service with my car as they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they messed up. To add more stress the sales department left 3 vm and it felt harassing after a while so I had to ask to be taken off the sales list. The sales manager Frank S has great customer service skills, but I can't say the rest for all the staff. More

Lori Reynolds is very pleasant and understanding regarding our servicing needs weather it is normal servicing or a specific request such as my request Lori Reynolds is very pleasant and understanding regarding our servicing needs weather it is normal servicing or a specific request such as my request to check my radio reception problem, Lori had the radio tech check it out and he rode with me to listen to the sound on various stations.After he finished checking the connections and antennas the radio was reinstalled and my reception of radio signals is much improved.
