Toyota Rep was very helpful! We brought the Prius in for oil change and tire rotation, we had coupons this Toyota Company sent us. Dropped car off early, it was done early. Although there was a list of other areas that needed service, we were not "pressured" to do it then. Since my husband is handy, he may do it himself, or we will bring it back...mostly because Bob Anderson is such a fine person, so we'd bring it via him. Didn't work with any other people, besides payments, and this woman was really nice too. Nice experience! More
