absolutly horrible Sharif Smith was and is RUDE .I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Good Work but diappointing service On Wednesday, August 31, I brought my car for service for oil change, tire rotation and new spark plugs. I was informed at that time the work would no On Wednesday, August 31, I brought my car for service for oil change, tire rotation and new spark plugs. I was informed at that time the work would not be completed until the end of day. I was notified in the early afternoon that the work was completed, but that I also could use an Induction System Service. I agreed to have the additional work done. I assumed since the major work was finished that I would get a call quite soon telling me to pick up my car. I notified the dealership around 4:00pm to get an estimate on time. I was told that Bob Anderson left for the day and that Lori would be handling the paper work. My wife drove me to the dealership and went home leaving me there so I could get the paper work and pay for the service. I assumed the work was done because the car was on the lot. I spoke with Lori and she told me Chris would ultimately handle my paper work and that it would be a few minutes. It actually took 45 minutes before the paper work was complete and Lori handed the paper work over to me. I understand that Bob Anderson had an emergency, but when was I supposed to get a call? Why did I have to pursue the folks at the dealership to find out my car was complete and why did I have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my paper work? This particular incident cost me valuable time not to mention at least 150 miles total for both of our vehicles (coming and going). More
