Right rear tire leaking air Everyone in the service department was friendly , but after waiting one and half to two hours to have a tire patched after I was told a screw was foun Everyone in the service department was friendly , but after waiting one and half to two hours to have a tire patched after I was told a screw was found in between the treads. The wait wasn't the problem either because my main concern is getting the job done right. Well when I awoke in the morning to leave for work the next day. I found the tire completely flat. When I called the service department again I was treated politely but put off until Thursday to come in and resolve the problem. Then the icing on the cake is I received a call from the sales department wanting to put in a new Toyota ! Not from the service department manager apologizing for the bad repair and seeing that it is taken care today. More

I called in attempt to make an appointment which I was able to do without a problem when I asked how much the oil change was for 5.7 v8 full synthetic I was told $59.95, as I used to work for Toyota I though this sounded fishy so I was sure to ask again when I arrived to drop my truck off to find it be $69.95. I will defiantly use shores service department again. But please when a customer makes an appointment for an oil change he/she does not need 3 phone calls 3 days in a row in attempt to get me to trade my truck in. Way to pushy if you ask me. More
