Routine not so routine I have previously been relatively happy with the service at Shore Toyota. This visit demonstrated an indifferent service advisor who did not keep me updated on the progress of my service even though we had discussed possibly needing tires replaced. It was otherwise routine, and when after 135 minutes and no word from him, I went to the service desk where I found that my car had actually been finished for quite some time and was just awaiting completion of the paper work. He knew I was waiting for my vehicle but was quite unrepentant about the delay and my time. He initially said that he was looking up a price for tires but never did relate that to me. I waited over a week for an appointment designed so that I could wait for my vehicle and did not find that to be excessive, but once I had the appointment, I did expect the advisor to at least have some respect for the fact that I was waiting. I may use your service department again, as this is by far the worst experience I have had, but I may elect to switch to another dealer. I had planned to trade my vehicle and that will most likely be another dealer. More

I was not happy with Toyota for charging me for new visor. The service was very fast and efficient.
