Seach for a newer model Venza I wanted to buy a newer model Venza because my wife and I love the car. Since this model was discontinued by Toyota, I asked Frank Catrombone to see i I wanted to buy a newer model Venza because my wife and I love the car. Since this model was discontinued by Toyota, I asked Frank Catrombone to see if he could find one for me at the auctions. After a couple of months, Vincente Morales called me to let me know that Frank found a car that I might be interested in. As a result of both men's efforts the deal was finalized last Thursday. Vince went above and beyond, bringing the car to my house and completing all the required paperwork there so we could use the car to take on a weekend trip. I am very satisfied with the car and the excellent work done by both employees! More

Horrible experience I had an appointment at 9:30 am to get a recalled part on my car fixed. 4 1/2 hours later they had not even started to work on my car when it was sup I had an appointment at 9:30 am to get a recalled part on my car fixed. 4 1/2 hours later they had not even started to work on my car when it was suppose to take 3to 4 hours! I got no apology and my car is still not fixed. I was told to bring my car back. When I called to talk to the supervisor, I was told he was not at his desk and they would leave my number so he could call me back. I never got a call! More
