They're skilled at what they do and pay attention to what you tell them. All that, plus the floor in the Service Department are absolutely spotless! For clean to be important in every aspect of a business-any business-is usually not even thought about, by anyone there....it's obvious, that order and spotlessness is a priority at Shore. Spur of moment service call. I called and ask to bring my car in for service in an hour. The answer was yes. Tina went over with me my last visit and what would be done today. Great Service but Deafening Noise Level in Waiting Area Our service manager Chris Bounds was so helpful and courteous in assisting us with our maintenance and tire purchase. All of our needs were addressed Our service manager Chris Bounds was so helpful and courteous in assisting us with our maintenance and tire purchase. All of our needs were addressed promptly even though we requested extra work upon arrival . The sales staff in particular Todd Gardner were very knowledgeable in providing us with a test drive of the 2017 Prius Prime and financing options. However be prepared for the music which is so loud in the dealership that it actually hurt our ears to be there. When my husband and I requested the sound be lowered, we were told initially that although it is always too loud even for employees' ears this is what the owner of the dealership mandates. He likes it painfully loud! The owner would not meet with us about this but eventually we met with Tammy Cotter the customer service rep who was able to have it lowered somewhat and showed concern for our complaint. This owner has a rude and destructive attitude that should not be tolerated. If the noise continues to be that loud next time we go there , we won't be buying our Prius from his dealership. Don't go here unless you have earplugs or want to have hearing loss. The service was excellent in spite of the noisy conditions at this dealership! Kudos to them for persevering under duress! More
