Second negative experience This was my second time and again it appears that you allow overbooking which was my concern during my first service. The manager was making excuses This was my second time and again it appears that you allow overbooking which was my concern during my first service. The manager was making excuses about being so busy but as a costumer I used your online system which should not permit more costumers than you can handle. I was told it would take 1.5 hours and after 2.5 hours I find that my hood was scratched on the lift. Even worse was the attempt to brush on paint to fix it. I've been promised that it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I'm hopeful as I've only owned this TRD PRO for 5 months and am extremely careful with it. I LOVE my truck but have not loved my experience with Shore Toyota. More
