Second negative experience This was my second time and again it appears that you allow overbooking which was my concern during my first service. The manager was making excuses This was my second time and again it appears that you allow overbooking which was my concern during my first service. The manager was making excuses about being so busy but as a costumer I used your online system which should not permit more costumers than you can handle. I was told it would take 1.5 hours and after 2.5 hours I find that my hood was scratched on the lift. Even worse was the attempt to brush on paint to fix it. I've been promised that it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I'm hopeful as I've only owned this TRD PRO for 5 months and am extremely careful with it. I LOVE my truck but have not loved my experience with Shore Toyota. More

I've no doubt, whatsoever, that my dealings with them will be in the future, what they've been so far--excellent. I've dealt with 3 other Toyota dealerships, one in Philadelphia, one in Vineland and out of the three--I'll go back to Shore, every time. They're skilled at what they do and pay attention to what you tell them. All that, plus the floor in the Service Department are absolutely spotless! For clean to be important in every aspect of a business-any business-is usually not even thought about, by anyone there....it's obvious, that order and spotlessness is a priority at Shore. To me, it says so much about the attention they pay to detail. From the floor, to the respect they've shown this customer--a great place to do business, start to finish. More
