First 5,000 mile service Scheduled my 5,000 mile service for a specific day with no problem. Vehicle was checked over in a reasonable amount of time even thou it looked busy. I mentioned a tire was slowly leaking at which they found a nail and patched it. Tina kept me in the loop as to what was going on and went over everything preformed afterwards. He asked me more. Questions to clarify what I wanted -price range color etc. I told him how much I was willing to pay for monthly payments. He wasn’t pushy at all- and found exactly what I needed. Iam very happy with my purchase & would not to hesitate to recommend Jimmy and Shore Toyota! More
