Service manager was awesome, however serviced not very good I have purchased three vehicles from shore Toyota. Dealing with the service manager Chris bounds was great. However I had an appointment for a 35,000 I have purchased three vehicles from shore Toyota. Dealing with the service manager Chris bounds was great. However I had an appointment for a 35,000 mike service on my 2016 Corolla. My appointment was at 1:00 pm. I was done at 3:48 pm. I understand that they checked my car over, rotated my tires,and changed my air filter. Why did it take almost 3 hours for this service? I drove 40 minutes there and almost 3 hours waiting and 40 Minutes home. Now I understand things happen and my drive time shouldn’t be put into consideration. However it is ridiculous that I had to wait almost three hours. I live closer to Vineland where I go have went. I went to shore Toyota due to that I have been treated well In the past. Why did it take so Long for service? Also I am questioning if I will ever go back due to that there is no reason I can think of as to why it took almost 3 hours for a simple service. Additionally, speaking with and dealing with Chris bounds was a pleasure. He is a great employee in my opinion and also a great asset. More
What more can I say I have a contract with you which I paid $1,000. for and still I had to pay you $144. for this service, AND, I did not even get an oil change which was I have a contract with you which I paid $1,000. for and still I had to pay you $144. for this service, AND, I did not even get an oil change which was over due. Then when I called you to verify, I can't even get a RETURN call to explain. I intend to go further with this complaint. This will be my LAST Toyota. Angelo J Turco More
Routine service I had a 9:30am appointment to have my tires rotated. Frank in service was very polite and respectful, he is very professional.
