Bob, revived my 2000 4-Runner with 280k miles on it. The transmission oil and coolant had mixed through the transmissions cooling loop. Bob had the mechanics flush out the transmission with 45 gallons of tr transmission oil and coolant had mixed through the transmissions cooling loop. Bob had the mechanics flush out the transmission with 45 gallons of transmission fluid. I cost was less than originally quoted and Bob gave me an additional 10% discount when I came to pick it up. I could get another 280k miles out of the 4-runner, but I will probably trade it in after ~350k miles. Thanks Bob! More

I like that you can pull right in and someone is there to assist you immediately. Lori is very friendly and helpful. It is quite costly, but good quality work. The Service advisors were great, very knowledgeable about the cars. In fact this is the second time that I did not have to wait for a technician to deal with a problem, because the advisors were able to diag the cars. I went back to Shore as I was very unhappy with my last dealer for service. Lori treated me like family and really made me comfortable. I wish to give the highest rating possible for Shore Toyota’s Service department. My 2007 Tacoma was recalled for service by Toyota. I had made an appointment but circumstances had changed I would need Toyota’s Service department. My 2007 Tacoma was recalled for service by Toyota. I had made an appointment but circumstances had changed I would need the car back within 2 hours, I explained this to Lori Reynolds and she said it would be no problem and promised I would have it back in time. I actually got the car back in an hour and 35 minutes. Lori was extremely polite and helpful in every way and I will definitely return to shore for service in the future as long, as Lori is still their. Sincerely Mr. Michael J. Pavlick More
Bob was very quick to register my car for service. He took my info & explained the time frame for completion. Lori was great to assist Bob when it came to checking me out.
