I purchased my 2007 Tundra as a leftover and a new car warranty was given with the purchase of this vehicle. All service and recalls have been promptly addressed. The dealership notifies customers of new and used product sales, recall information, and service specials. Upon entering the dealership for service customers are greeted and provided with personal attention to any concerns with their vehicle. Also, any additional service concerns are itemized on the service invoice. More
I always dealt with a particular service manager, but he got promoted so i wasn't sure who i was going to handle my service appointment. I was assigned to Lori and she was extremely helpful with getting my got promoted so i wasn't sure who i was going to handle my service appointment. Having to have a new bumper put on my wife's car due to a fender bender, scheduled the appointment and couldn't be more satisfied with the service and dealing with both Lori and Larry. I have dealt exclusively with Lori Reynolds for all my service needs, first with my Tundra, then my Corrolla and now my RAV4. Lori knows, due to my circumstances, that I always need to wait for my vehi service needs, first with my Tundra, then my Corrolla and now my RAV4. Lori knows, due to my circumstances, that I always need to wait for my vehicle and she schedules me with that in mind, when she can best be able to have the work done as quickly as possible. Lori has been exceptional. When needing to discuss a new vehicle, Glen has always helped me make the right decision by giving me choices and payment options. We love dealing with Lori at Shore Toyota's Service Department. She is always friendly and tries her very best to provide great customer service. She is the BEST part of going to this dealership and she gets a 5 all the way!! We don't love Shore Toyota's labor prices - they are outrageous (hence the 1)!! Simple repairs (like changing a lightbulb) can run over $100 and our last repair left us with labor costs that were almost double the cost of the parts. A trunk repair left us with bulbs hanging out the back which we did not notice until we pulled into our garage and were getting ready to travel to our son's sporting event an hour away (my husband fixed it, but still, what are we paying $400 for??). Sadly, once we find a reputable repair shop with lower labor costs, we'll be saying goodbye to Shore Toyota. Because of these expenses (over $3000 in repairs in the last year for our well maintained 2002 Toyota Seqouia) I don't think we will purchase another Toyota in the future. More

Took my car in with "service engine soon" light on on a Saturday. Lori came out and checked to see if she could find the problem, but kept getting an error message. Told me it had to go to Nissan on on a Saturday. Lori came out and checked to see if she could find the problem, but kept getting an error message. Told me it had to go to Nissan and I would have to leave it. She contacted Nissan to see when they could get me in. I told her that transportation to and from Shore was an issue for me. Lori made arrangements for a loaner for me for Monday, told me to drop my car off there Monday and they'd take it to Nissan. When I got there, she took me to Ruth who took care of the loaner paperwork in about 2 minutes, got the loaner for me and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I've dealt with both Lori and Ruth on previous occasions and they've both always been extremely helpful, considerate of my time and needs, and have handled their ends of things quickly and efficiently. Both of these women seem to genuinely care about the customers they deal with and do everything they can to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I really appreciate the way they both handle whatever the situation is. More

I had an emergency (tire) and Lori got me in quickly and the shop took care of it in an efficient manner. I schedule routinely and I am always taken in with very little wait time involved.
