I deal with Lori Reynolds for ALL of my service appointments. Lori is an exceptional employee within the service department. She knows that I live almost an hour away and is understanding knowing that I do not want to sit in the waiting room waiting all day for my vehicle to be serviced. She is honest in how long the job will take and is always very detailed in explaining what needs to be or has been done to my vehicle. I would HIGHLY reccomend Lori for anyone's service consultant. In my opinion, she is the BEST. The only reason I gave a "3" for price is because I think all pricing at a dealership service center is over-priced. This is NOT a reflection on Lori's performance as an employee. More
I used the link on Shore Toyota's web site to get an ePrice on a 2011 Tacoma on Monday May 2. I received this ePrice from Danielle Lentz. I emailed her back after receiving the ePrice to let her know ePrice on a 2011 Tacoma on Monday May 2. I received this ePrice from Danielle Lentz. I emailed her back after receiving the ePrice to let her know I would not be in until Friday to test drive the Tacoma. I emailed her Thursday night to confirm an appointment with her. She emailed me back Friday morning to confirm a time. I arrived at the dealership and met briefly with Danielle, who introduced me to sales consultant Jesse Zanichelli. Jesse got the paper work from Danielle, and we confirmed the ePrice that she offered me on the Tacoma. I told him I was very interested in test driving the Tacoma and then finding out what my trade in value would be on my 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4. He asked me some questions, and then wanted to know if I was ready to buy today. Jesse explained everything to me about the Tacoma and the dealership, and then we went for a test drive. After returning from the test drive Jesse asked me again if I was ready to buy today. I told him lets see what the value is on my trade in, and if I can get 0% APR for 36 months. Jesse then introduced me to Ron Rusignola, who asked me more questions concerning my expectations on my trade in and how much money I was going to put down on this purchase. He told me he didn't think he could get me 0% APR. He also asked me am I ready to buy right now. I told him since I had to go to work in 2 hours, I would be able to buy tomorrow morning if the trade in value was good and the financing terms were good. He then left and came back and gave me his numbers. To my surprise, Ron increased the purchase ePrice of the Tacoma that was offered to me and already agreed upon with both Danielle and Jesse by $750. He only offered me $5500 for my Jeep that blue books on a trade between $8000 and $9000, and said the best he could do on a APR was 3.9%. This APR was also a little surprising since I was lead to believe by Jesse that if I was going to finance less than $10000 I may be able to get 0% APR for 36 months. I questioned Ron on the price of the Tacoma, and he said that ePrice was no longer available and was too low to begin with. I also questioned the value of my trade in. Ron gave me all his reasons and excuses for his numbers, and then said if I was ready to buy right now he would look at the numbers again, but that the purchase price of the Tacoma was going to be $750 above my ePrice from May 2. I told him and Jesse that I was disappointed in the increase of the ePrice, and that I should have been told this ePrice was no longer available in advance. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. I have never been offered a price on a vehicle before a test drive, only to be told after the test drive that the price on that same vehicle has increased. I gave the Toyota brand a chance to earn my business after all the recall problems they had the past few years, and the Shore Toyota Scion dealership failed. More

He was very kind when he told me that he understood how dangerous it was to drive when the windshield was fogged up because the air conditioner was not working properly. He then proceeded to call a mechanic into the office to make sure that my car was worked on ASAP. I was driven home in a Shore Toyota Shuttle so I could be called once the work was completed. Within a short time, Chris phoned me to say that a problem with a belt had caused the air conditioner to malfunction. It would be repaired shortly so I could pick my car up on that same day. Witin a couple of hours I was back driving my now well-working Camry, truly pleased with my service. More

Brought car in for 10,000 mile service. I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car in by Matt B,who was very nice. Within one hour Matt B was back and said the job was finished.I was very pleased with the whole experence. I will come back to Shore Toyota. More
