My experience with Shore Toyota has been great! Our associate Lori is exeptional. She is thorough in explaining what is being done to the car, takes you to the car when unexpected work needs to be don associate Lori is exeptional. Can's say enough about Lori! The waiting lounge is wonderful. Very comfortable to wait while work is being done. Very clean rest rooms and very clean waiting lounge. All personnel from the time you drive your car in until you pay the bill are nice. More

Lori is my preferred service manager. Why? She is knowledgeable not just about my car but about my service likes and dislikes. To understand the customer, the service manager has to go the extra mile knowledgeable not just about my car but about my service likes and dislikes. The dealership prices are better than acceptable. They run a shuttle which allows me to go to a restauarant or home while my car is being prepared. The job is always done right. I stopped by the dealership to set up an appointment for 15k service and to get my car detailed. Lori was friendly, courteous and very professional. Since it was late in the day Lori suggested that since she did not want to rush the detailer it would be better to set up the appointment for the next day so the detailer would not be rushing to get the job completed. That scenario worked out great for me, I bvrought my car in the next day and was greeted by name (I liked that). Lori made sure that I had a ride home as well as getting picked when when the car was finished. She made a promise and kept it which is rare these days. I am moving shortly and hope that I can find a service person as helpful as Lori in my new location. More

Lori is great. She gave me a time that my vehicle would be done and it basically was. She wanted to make sure I got through to her if need be and she gave me her cell which I had to use because her line wa be done and it basically was. My husband and I were both getting our cars serviced and mine was going to take most of the afternoon since it was a 90,000 mile service and a recall. Lori made sure my husbands was done in a timely manner mine was going to take most of the afternoon since it was a 90,000 mile service and a recall. We were on vacation and the Check Engine light along with VSC lights appeared on the car. I was able, thanks to SeaShore Campsite customer service, to find that Shore Toyota was the closest Toyota dealersh VSC lights appeared on the car. We called to verify the hours and to make sure we could be checked out the same day. From the moment we entered into the drop off area, Lori was quite courteous and took down the problems and immediately checked for error codes. She directed us to the waiting area which was clean and there was a movie on the TV for our entertainment. Our time in the shop was 3 hours total. Lori kept us updated on what they were investigating and what was going on during the entire time. She was quite pleasant during the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership because what was a very stressful experience was turned into a very pleasant experience thanks to Lori's customer service skills. And we had a great laugh once we found out what happened. Thanks Shore Toyota for helping us find the cause and correcting it with a reasonable price. More
