Dealer resurfaced front rotors and changed brake pads; charged A/C; changed oil and filters. Had the work completed before 2 PM (4 Hours). Car was washed and waiting for me. I was on vacation at the Jersey shore and needed my car's a/c looked at and fixed. Although the service department couldn't replace the part I ultimately needed, and it took a while to find the problem, Dav a/c looked at and fixed. Although the service department couldn't replace the part I ultimately needed, and it took a while to find the problem, Dave and his mechanics were extremely helpful, and apologetic when they couldn't permanently fix the problem. They put in a temporary solution, so I wouldn't spend more of my vacation on this, didn't over-charge me, and told me about the recent recall on the vehicle. It's never fun to deal with car problems on vacation, but Dave made the process as painless as possible. He seemed really concerned with my experience at the dealership, and my comfort level on the trip back to Indiana. Thanks a lot! More

100 miles from home with major repair. Lori and Ralph did the extra things like putting the tow hook back in place and doing the recall which was not asked for. Made the initial repair properly.
