I recently had the 60,000 mile service done on my 08 Tundra, this all went well but let me tell you about the real reason I am impressed with Shore's service department. I felt compelled to share my experience with Lori Reynolds. I initially contacted Lori by her " personnel " cell phone, only the truly incredible employees give out that number but even that is not the most surprising part, Lori's very young daughter had a terrible accident at home and needed her mom and dad very much even during this incredibly stressful period she managed to field my calls while she was off work tending to her daughters needs all the while providing a level of customer service that is beyond description I honestly cannot say enough about this woman she is what we management types call " value added " and deserves my respect and admiration as an outstanding employee but most of all; an outstanding person. Once again thanks Lori you are much appreciated ….. More

Laurie Reynolds is the best service specialist I have ever worked with. she is like a dynamo. She is never sitting still and always ready to assist when you need work done. I neede repair work to my Highlander due to damage caused when a cable was torn from my house and Laurie helped me get the estitmates and sent them to the insurance compay and was able to get the parts I needed so that the work could be done quickly and well. Easy to get appointment, fast friendley service. Waiting room comfortable with morning paper ,coffee, and TV. They also ran a special on facebook for a free oil change. Love this dealership talk about customer service they go all the way. The three people I was involved with were Brian in sales, really nice and informed, Ruth customer service, and Lori who just helped me all the way. On July 13th, I had my automobile serviced for an oil change. Arriving at my appointment early, my automobile was being taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. From the time that I arrive at Shore Toyota to the time that my automobile has been taken care of, I have received excellent service. After spending over $5,000.00 on my automobile at Shore Toyota, I have only lost one floor mat on the drivers side. And a plastic part from my window on the driver side was not put back in place.
