I've been going to shore toyota for a few years since i bought my prius. The service has always been prompt. I do think the prices are sometimes a bit high, but the customer service keeps me coming back. bought my prius. The service has always been prompt. The rest of the staff do just as well and I'm left with the impression that if something did not satisfy me I could get a response with genuine concern. More

Shore Toyota has by far the best service i have seen so far. Their customer service (Lori Reynolds) has been a big help to not only me but also to my parents. Every time I come to have my car serviced I fe far. Their customer service (Lori Reynolds) has been a big help to not only me but also to my parents. Every time I come to have my car serviced I feel at ease about not only the price I will be paying but also the care that comes with buying a high end car. When I do go I always request Lori and if shes unavailable I make sure to wait till she is. Lori made my first time at Shore Toyota as well as first time getting service on my new car stress free by informing me of any problems and always willing to find a solution I would be comfortable with. I live in PA, but I highly recommended Shore Toyota because of their friendliness towards their customers as well as making you feel part of the team. I am seriously contemplating making the drive to Shore Toyota during the winter because of the quality and care they put into servicing the customer. More
I had both of my cars in for service today. Dave handled my Van and Lori my Camry. Both were very professional, explained what they were doing to my vehicles, had them completed on time and called to let m my Van and Lori my Camry. I made sure to write in for feedback on my experience because I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with the service department and Mr. Dave. I needed an oil change and I heard a noise coming fro because I was pleasantly surprised by my interaction with the service department and Mr. Dave. I needed an oil change and I heard a noise coming from under the hood so I drove in and Dave assisted me. He said it sounded like a water pump and that warranty ends at 60K well of course I was at 61K so I began to get nervous because I couldn't afford anything more than the oil change. He told me not to worry and then he left to speak to his boss. He came back and told me he would charge me a reasonable price for all of the service and after getting things done he said the piece that the pump lays on was worn also. He said to charge me when I was only a thousand miles off just wouldn't be right. WOW! Then my service light was still on and I had to come right back again because my air conditioner wasn't working. He never seemed annoyed, apologized for not checking on the air conditioner, and was just very pleasant and for a women that is refreshing. I havent had a great experience with Shore Toyota in some time and I purchased my first toyota in 96 in EHT and I havent felt good about going there especially to service but I love toyotas so I went back after many years and purchased another. I wasn't especially please with my purchase experience but some things you overlook but I must say that knowing someone actually cares about you as a customer has restored my faith in coming to shore toyota. Thanks Mr. Schulnick and he is a true asset to your organization. In addition, he never offered this dealer rater card to me.. I asked about it. Dave is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provides a preliminary analysis of the situation and then gives you a very thorough assessment. He is quick and customer oriented. Makes you feel like you are his number one customer and I like that very much. Marie is very customer oriented. She is courteous and energetic. She is not a sit behind the desk person. She runs down the issue and makes sure she connects the dots. No pass off or just wait until I get to you type of attitude. She handles you. I am from New York City and I must tell you, I wish I was bringing my car down here all the time. My Toyota dealer in NY is great, but these folk are really special. More
