After buying 14 new cars and 7 used ones from Shore (plus countless more for our immediate family), we can honestly say there were never any insurmountable problems. Mark, Chris, Olti, Sharif and all the other employees have always been competent, honest, and very helpful. After being mistreated in the past by other dealerships, it's great to find one that cares, (and one that found that impossible to find restorable Jeep, still in our family 15 years later). We've had 4Runners, Highlanders, Venzas, Tacomas, Tundras, RAVs, an FJ and a Previa. No Toyota has ever disappointed us, and no dealer has ever done a better job than Shore Toyota. More

The assistant manager (Lori Reynolds) called to advise me that my car was due for service. I made the appointment as directed, and when I arrived I was expected and advised of the service (15,000 miles) need that my car was due for service. I made the appointment as directed, and when I arrived I was expected and advised of the service (15,000 miles) needed. I explained that the car was drifting slightly to the left. Ms. Reynolds checked the tires and believed the left front tire was wearing unevenly, and said maybe an alignment was needed. The mechanic inspected the tires and agreed that an alignment was required. All four wheels were aligned and the tires were rotated. I realized on my drive home that my car no longer drifted. Job well done! Ms. Reynolds advised me of the work performed, and scheduled my next service visit for April. More
