I took my Tacoma in for a repair and the tech noticed the frame was badly rusted and needed to be replaced. Dave in service made arrangements for a loaner car and had the repair fixed in two weeks rather the frame was badly rusted and needed to be replaced. They fixed additional items under warranty involved with the recall of these frames. I was very happy with the personal service of Dave. Prompt returned phone calls and what seemed like a genuine concern for my happiness with the job. I'll make Shore Toyota my first choice for repairs next time. More
For small issues I sometimes stop into the dealership without an appointment. The other day that's exactly what happened, my tire light had been coming on the last few days. Lori greeted me with her us without an appointment. The other day that's exactly what happened, my tire light had been coming on the last few days. Lori greeted me with her usual smiling face, determined the issue and sent the 4Runner back to service. After 10 or 15 minutes my 4Runner was being driven back around, Lori explained that it had needed a new valve stem on one of the tires and that was it. When I need to make an appointment for service it can be done on the day that is most convenient for me. If I stop in without an appointment Lori is always accomodating, telling me how long it will take depending on the regularly scheduled customers and I appreciate that. When I leave I feel confident that my issue is taken care of and that I'm safe in my vehicle. Lori is very welcoming and friendly, she makes sure that I'm aware of any specials or coupons that are available now or are upcoming. I can count on quality work at a good value. There is no doubt that Shore Toyota is the dealership that will provide me with my next 4Runner when the time comes. Lori is an asset to this organization and I always recommend, not only Toyota, but, Shore Toyota. More

In addition, as requested by me, I revceived a very detailed recommendation for future services that will be required. The recommendation also contained an itemized estimate. I needed this estimate for review and approval by our equipment/fleet manager. In addition, Chris also introduced me to Matt Bruschi, so that I can always reach a service representative that I am already aquainted with. Both Matt and Chris gave me a copy of their business cards. With the quality of service that I received, I and confident that our office will be using the Shore Toyota Service Department on a regular basis. Richard E. We called Shore Toyota after calling windshield replacement companies for a stone damaged window replacement. Chris spoke with us, told us he would get us a new window the next day, and a price whi replacement companies for a stone damaged window replacement. He not only followed through and got the window in quicker than thought, but also gave me a loaner car for free. He also reminded me about my 10K service and did it under the free car service program even though I did not get my car there. They can count on me when I need service or a new car over the next year. More
The cost of repairs and service are way too high. I am glad to see that they are providing some services for two years or twenty-five thousand miles.
