Today November 17, 2011, I scheduled my 2001 RAV4 to have an oil change and diagnose an engine light problem that came on on November 3, 2011. I would not trust my RAV4 to anyone else. I will be back to get the injector serviced. Promise that I will not ride my baby to hurt her anymore!! :) Right now, I am dealing with a move, and other personal issues that arised while living in Atlantic City, NJ. What a nightmare!!!! So I just stopped by the dealership to make a maintenance appointment (I was driving by). And then I met Millard. He just took me in without an appointment and was so cool about everything.
