THIS DEALERSHIP IS TERRIBLE, JUST BOUGHT AN 08 4 RUNNER THERE FOR WAY MORE THAN I COULD AFFORD. AFTER I WALKED OUT 3 TIMES ON THE REGULAR SALES REPS THE USED SALES MANGER SOMEHOW TALKED ME INTO SWINGING TH THERE FOR WAY MORE THAN I COULD AFFORD. AFTER I WALKED OUT 3 TIMES ON THE REGULAR SALES REPS THE USED SALES MANGER SOMEHOW TALKED ME INTO SWINGING THE $510 PAYMENT. THEN THE CAR WAS SHAKING ON THE WAY HOME SO I TOOK IT BACK IN AND THEY ADJUSTED IT, "SEEMED FINE". SIX MONTHS AND 15K LATER MY TIRES ARE WORN TO THE METAL ON THE INSIDE AND TRED ON THE OUTSIDE IS 1"THICK. THE CAR WAS NEVER ALIGNED AND RUINED THE TIRES. I FEEL THEY NEVER CERTIFIED ANYTHING AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR A CAR TO FALL OUT OF ALIGNMENT THAT BAD FROM REGULAR DRIVING. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK IN THEY SAID NONE OF THAT IS COVERED AND IN NO WAY TRIED TO HELP MY SITUATION.NOW I HAVE TO GO SPEND 1K ON NEW TIRES AND NEW ALIGNMENT, AS WELL AS HAVE ANOTHER MECHANIC LOOK OVER THE WHOLE CAR BC I DON'T TRUST THEM. THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY THINGS I FOUND WRONG WITH SHORE TOYOTA AND I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR THERE AGAIN. More
