But I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and the timely matter in which the work was performed. I would especially like to commend your service advisor Lori Reynolds. Her personality, attentiveness and knowledge of her job are second to none. From the moment of my arrival until the work was complete her attention to my needs and updates was outstanding. I arrived for my 25,000 mile ckup on 1/27/12 at the appointed time and was taken immediately. The technician informed me of any maintenance needed and proceeded with my o.k. we got a notice of a recall and we brought the car right in. Lori was very helpful. Our camry was close to the 100,000 mile timing belt replacement and needed alignment so we decided to do it all at the sam in. Lori was very helpful. Lori was especially helpful in setting everything up and pointing out other things we hadn't thought of. Not only did they do an exceptional job at a great price they gave us a rental and washed the car too. It was the best experience we've ever had at a dealership and we would go back again. I did miss my Camry even though the prius was nice i like my camry better. great job! More
I arrived this dealership 15 minutes before my service appointment time and Chris already had the paperwork waiting for me. I did not had to wait at all. I explained to him what the problem was and he s appointment time and Chris already had the paperwork waiting for me. I did not had to wait at all. I explained to him what the problem was and he said he will take care of it and give me a call once it is ready. He gave me a call in less than half an hour, told me what was the problem and how much it is going to cost to fix it. Everything is done and fixed in less than 2 hours. I am really happy with his service there. More

I pulled into the service department at 5:50, 10 minutes before closing with a leaking tire (screw in the tread). Lori pleasantly greeted me at the counter and kindly asked one of the technicians (Mark) if before closing with a leaking tire (screw in the tread). Mark was able to plug my tire, checked the pressure in the other tires and sent me on my way. Very greatful for Lori and Mark for helping me out at the end of their work day!! More

I fully trust the work that Shore Toyota done's to my vehicle's and have never had a problem with them. They have a very professional service department and make you feel like a friend and not a stranger. When I call for a service or a problem with my truck Dave Schulnick always helps me in anyway that he possibly can. I trust his judgement on what needs to be done and he always gets it done in a timely matter. Hats off to a great job. More
