FOR A CUSTOMER TO RETURN OVER AND OVER TO A DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE WITH THE CAR PAST ITS WARRANTY DATE, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE, MAYBE SOMETHING INTANGIBLE. AS I'VE SAID PREVIOUSLY, LORI REYNOLDS IS FOR SERVICE WITH THE CAR PAST ITS WARRANTY DATE, THERE MUST BE SOMETHING ELSE, MAYBE SOMETHING INTANGIBLE. AS I'VE SAID PREVIOUSLY, LORI REYNOLDS IS THE REASON I RETURN TO SHORE TOYOTA OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THIS LAST APPOINTMENT IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE. LORI REMAINS CALM, COOL, AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED NO MATTER HOW MUCH "STUFF" IS GOING ON AROUND HER. SHE HAD 2 PHONE CALLS TO RETURN, CUSTOMERS WAITING IN THE SERVICE AREA WHO HAD ALREADY BEEN HELPED AND ME STANDING IN FRONT OF HER. AS WITH MY OTHER VISITS, I FELT AS IF I WAS LORI'S ONLY CUSTOMER. IT TAKES A SPECIAL PERSON TO DO THAT. I WAS IN FOR MY 90,000 MILE CHECKUP. I EXPECTED TO PAY BIG BUCKS AND HAVE A LONG WAIT. THE COST WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED. ADD TO THIS AN EXCELLENT, NOT CURSORY, VEHICLE WASH. Today December 08- 2011, I scheduled my 2010 RAV4 Sport to have a 29,280/30,000 miles for maintenance service include an oil change.Lori was very friendly and nice to me. She is simply the best ! I came in for my 5000 mile service. I don't live close so they do their best to schedule me for wait time. Lori treats me great, like I'm a personal friend.
