We are always greeted warmly by the staff at Toyota. They are always at the door to greet us, and they even hold the door. Everyone tries to please us, but yesterday when we went to get the new license plate, Lori was exceptionally kind and helpful. Not only did she make sure someone put the plates onto the car, but she had them adjust the remote lock, and discovered that we needed a new wiper blade and had it all taken care of free of charge. Shore Toyota is the worst. There is no integrity in what the sales person tells you. Expect to be lied to.
