I am only giving this dealership great ratings because of Lori Reynolds. She was able to fix the huge problem in the end. I had to bring in my 2003 Toyota Tundra for a recall of the frame. It had to be coa Lori Reynolds. She was able to fix the huge problem in the end. I had to bring in my 2003 Toyota Tundra for a recall of the frame. It had to be coated for a rust recall. First I was told it would be there for two nights, but was called to come in to pick it up after the first night. I noticed the undercoating was wet and came off on my fingers when touched. Then as I pulled out of the dealership parking lot, I noticed a haze on my windshield. After trying the wiper wash it only smeared whatever was on it. I then ran my hand over the hood and a black substance coated my hand. The entire truck was coated in this black oil like dust. It only came off my hand after washing with soap and water. I went back and showed Bob,in the service dept. He apologized and said he would have it hand washed if we could wait. About 45 min. later, he said it was ready, but when I took a close look, it was not completely cleaned and under the hood was still a mess. I brought my truck there clean and expected it to be in the same condition when picked up. He gave me another loaner car and said he would have it completely detailed the next day and would also give me an oil change. Needless to say, I was quite furious by now for the inconvenience even though he was trying to be accomodating. Lori Reynolds, the assistant service manager, approached me and assurred me, she would personally take charge of the matter and see that the truck was detailed as promised the next day. She was the only one that truly made me feel confident that the work would get done as stated. The next day, my truck was outstandingly clean and detailed. If not for Lori Reynolds, I would not give this dealership this high rating. More

Shore Toyota made the buying process as painless as possible. They allowed me to move forward at my own pace while paying attention to my needs. This was my first experince with a Toyota dealer ship and you have heard the expression that "you only get one chance to make a good first impression", well Dustin did just that. "Outstanding" !!!! He was right there as I approched the doors and was welcoming, warm, and friendly. My guard went right down and I felt comfortable. He listened to my questions, addressed all my concerns and got right to the point of pleasing the customer. He gave an excellent presentation of all the vehicle componants and operations had the tag and keys readily avalible and made my test drive an excellent experince. You have a winner in Dustin Paulsson. Will return to make my deal and only want to work with him. More
AS WITH ALL MY OTHER REVIEWS, I MUST START WITH LORI REYNOLDS. WHY IS SHE MY FOCUS. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHE IS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BOTH IN TERMS OF GREETING THE CUSTOMER AND REVIEWING WHAT NEEDS TO REYNOLDS. WHY IS SHE MY FOCUS. SHE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHE IS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY BOTH IN TERMS OF GREETING THE CUSTOMER AND REVIEWING WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. SHE IS VERY CLEAR AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT EXPLAINING WHAT WAS DONE. I BELIEVE LORI WOULD GET MY CAR IN, ANALYZED, AND FIXED IN A COURTEOUS MANNER EVEN IN THE MIDST OF A TORNADO. THAT'S HOW GOOD SHE IS. HER TECH CREW IS ALSO EXTRAORDINARY. ON THIS VISIT THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED BRAKES. I WAS NOT THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF BRAKE WORK BUT I LEFT KNOWING I NEEDED ANOTHER REPAIR AND SOON. LORI ASSURED ME THE CAR WAS SAFE TO DRIVE. SOME CUSTOMERS MIGHT THINK THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WRONG TO GENERATE REVENUE. KNOWING LORI, I REJECT THAT NOTION AND WILL HAPPILY BE BACK AT THE DEALERSHIP NEXT WEEK TO DEAL WITH THIS NEW ISUE. More
