Hazardous Work During a routine oil change, the service technician failed to remove a small oil catch can from the engine compartment. I noticed a strange noise whil During a routine oil change, the service technician failed to remove a small oil catch can from the engine compartment. I noticed a strange noise while driving down the road which was the oil catch can rubbing up against the cooling fan. I removed the catch can and discarded it. This situation had the potential to create a major event inside the engine compartment had the catch can come loose. I notified the service representative of the issue and told him of my dissatisfaction and requested an email from the dealer acknowledging the problem. I have yet to receive any contact from the dealer. More

Worst Dealer ever!!! I've purchased vehicles from many dealers in the past but never had such a horrible experience. I will never buy from this guys ever again and never recommend this guys to even my enemies. The parts director, manager and the parts/services guys didn't care about any complains I had. They kept putting air in my tire when there was a nail inside. I had to take it back 5 times! that's right! 5 times after which I was so frustrated I looked in the tire and saw the nail then showed them the nail so that they can plug it. They always dismissed me and my issues. I had the director tell me that the service techs can't road test my vehicle because it snowed yesterday. How are you going to find issues that occur when driving on wet roads? How do you have sales guys go out during snow? I tried so hard to get a good service from these guys but they are just not doing their job. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER! More

When I did need service, which was preventive maintenance, the service department did everything I purchased my 1st truck from Shore Toyota in 2007. When I did need service, which was preventive maintenance, the service department did everything they could to complete the service as quickly as possable. Every visit the employees always greeted me with a nice hello. A very nice staff . becsuse I had zero problems with my 2007 truck, I returned for a new 2016 truck. I couldn't be happier. A friendly, professional staff made my trade, and lease of my new truck simple and I got a fair deal. I'm a return customer for a good reason. This place takes care of you. Waiting to Overpay Not knowing much about vehicles, I'm terrified to put in a bad review because I fear they may take it out on my vehicle or my service, etc. However, i Not knowing much about vehicles, I'm terrified to put in a bad review because I fear they may take it out on my vehicle or my service, etc. However, in an effort to save some other people considering Shore Toyota, I advise against it. First of all, we overpaid. That may be our fault, but I went with my pregnant wife who just wanted to get out of there. The plan was to spend the day shopping around. They had us sitting there for hours just to get a price that was way too high for what they were selling, a 2011 corolla. By the time the offer was even close to what it should've been, my wife was so exasperated that she wanted to just get the dang thing. After you agree to a term and a price and sign on, they send you to another person who offers you add on coverage at an additional rate. Why do I need additional coverage? We just spent hours listening to how great the coverage that comes with buying a pre-owned toyota is! more time wasted. Well, at least we have an affordable vehicle with a decent interest rate... but hold on, looking over the paperwork right before we get add-on coverage, I notice they bumped up the interest rate .5%... Sorry for the mistake... OK, but if I didn't notice, you would've taken how much extra from my family over the life of the loan? So, this last visit, we find out we have to pay for our regular scheduled maintenance from now on, after only a handful of visits. To top it all off, we were waiting, with children, for over 5 hours! Yay! unfortunately, i cannot recommend shore toyota. hope this helps somebody, because I'm now afraid they may take out this bad review on my vehicle, my customer service and, ultimately, my wallet. When we were their favorite people, new customers, they were about to sneak in that .5% interest. More
