Great Service I had another great experience with the service department. I had the 6 month service completed on my TC. They checked and recorded error codes for ce I had another great experience with the service department. I had the 6 month service completed on my TC. They checked and recorded error codes for cell prophets and updated software. Checked for leaks and performed all other necessary work. It took about an hour. Scheduled our next appointment. More

It just takes too long I arrived at 7:30am, second in line. Once checked in the Asst. Service Manager said the guys come in at 8 so once they arrived would have me right ou I arrived at 7:30am, second in line. Once checked in the Asst. Service Manager said the guys come in at 8 so once they arrived would have me right out. Needless to say I was done at 9:20am and everyone who came in after me was already gone. Oh and BTW, this was for our first oil change since leasing our Toyota Tundra from Shore. Our other car is an Infiniti, purchased from Holman. My second purchase from them and the only reason is how great their service team is. They are efficient, offer Express Lube, and keep you informed regarding delays. I recommend this service center but with reservations. It is certainly a reason to think twice when purchasing a vehicle. More
