Great experience I made an appointment online to get my 2014 Highlander serviced. When I arrived at the dealer they told me that my appointment was next week. They sai I made an appointment online to get my 2014 Highlander serviced. When I arrived at the dealer they told me that my appointment was next week. They said they could accomadate me anyway. It was my erroe but they still took care of me, I was extremely embarassed but the service advisor made me feel much better. Service was done quickly and efficiently. They even washed my car. I would recommend Shore Toyota's service department to everyone. More

Told all of the issues, restrictions, and even found the exact vehicle myself. Gave the staff a max limit on what could be done. And for the 4th time they came without the ability to seal the deal. If they are going recruit me by calls and emails to purchase my old vehicle and get me into a new vehicle, then honor your promises. after the 3rd visit, I was told to wait a few months and then we could easily do something. But again, the bait and switch. and the push for a lease purchase . If you cannot do something, then just be upfront at the start. don't waste my time by the constant calls and emails. A persons history should be somewhere before you start this. More

I recently needed service on my car as the check engine indicator light remained on in my car while I was driving Lori Reynolds is my service adviser. I recently needed service on my car as the check engine indicator light remained on in my car while I was driving . As soon as my car was being diagnosed she kept me informed as to what was being found & the repairs that were needed as well as the cost to fix the problem. Lori is terrific and is the reason I keep coming back to shore Toyota for all of my car service. She also keeps me informed on what service my car will need on upcoming scheduled maintenance. Hazardous Work During a routine oil change, the service technician failed to remove a small oil catch can from the engine compartment. I noticed a strange noise whil During a routine oil change, the service technician failed to remove a small oil catch can from the engine compartment. I noticed a strange noise while driving down the road which was the oil catch can rubbing up against the cooling fan. I removed the catch can and discarded it. This situation had the potential to create a major event inside the engine compartment had the catch can come loose. I notified the service representative of the issue and told him of my dissatisfaction and requested an email from the dealer acknowledging the problem. I have yet to receive any contact from the dealer. More
