I spoke with Eric Moore a sales representative regarding a new 2016 4-Runner. Moore was extremely knowledgable regarding each of the available models . Moore was patient and easy to deal with. I feel he truly wanted to ensure I left with the right vehicle that would fit my needs. After negotiating a deal I purchase a new 4-Runner, a few add-ons were included in the sale. The parts arrived quickly and were installed at their service department. The promised items were all received in a timely manner and the installation was flawless. During the installation I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager Matt Buschi and the parts manager Dave Forbes. They were more then helpful assisting me with additional upgrades on my vehicle. I truly could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Each of the mentioned employees were friendly and knowledgeable and deserve recognition for same. Job well done. More

Poor Cust Svc- 4 new tires,5 appts & 12 tire pressure alerts I service my car on a regular basis at Shore Toyota. I purchased 4 Yokohama tires in Aug/2015 as recommended by svc rep. The front driver tire startin I service my car on a regular basis at Shore Toyota. I purchased 4 Yokohama tires in Aug/2015 as recommended by svc rep. The front driver tire starting leaking w/in 3 weeks. I work full time and have taken tires to be checked 5 times w/a minumum wait of 2 hrs each time, with NO resolution. My tire warning has gone off 12 times since getting tires relaced at Shore & the most they have done to xx the the tire is to 'wet' down the tire(s) & do a visual search for leaks. Although the svc rep tries to be accommodating, the svc manager has yet to intervene to resolve this issue. More
