"Too good to be true" is what I've been thinking and that is why I waited a month to write my review, but I'm here to tell you that they are TOO GOOD and it IS TRUE! I HIGHLY recommend Sheehy of Annapolis due for the following reasons: 1. Mr. Henry Fox was the most courteous and responsive sales person I've ever met. I'm a believer that "customer service is not a department but an attitude" and Mr. Fox exudes that mantra. I wanted a new 2011 CT200h and that vehicle is hard to find due to limited quantities. Due to Mr. Fox's diligence, my wait was short and I have the car in the color (in/out) that I desired! We drove over an hour to get the car and were limited on time due to a prior engagement and Mr. Fox understood that. He guaranteed that we would be out of dealership in about an hour and on our way home. He met that promise. That sums up Mr. Fox: he will deliver on all your expectations. 2. No one wants to usually recognize the financing dept, but I do. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was quick with the paperwork and explained anything we had questions on. 3. The Car: Lexus CT200h---LOVE IT! The car delivers on what it promises. I've owned mine for a month now and have not gotten less than 41mpg and my best is 44.5mpg. I commute 20min one-way to work on hwy and around the town otherwise. It handles like a sports car, rides low and smooth on the rodes, and for a hybrid has pep in its step when in 'sports mode'. I consistently get 400 miles on one tank of gas (in ECO mode & I'm not heavy on my take-offs but do ride @ 65-70mph). I LOVE THIS CAR. Finally, dare I say I'm excited about my first routine service so I can go back to Sheehy?--yes, for some reason I can't wait to go back for a visit. If THAT doesn't tell you something, I don't know what does. More

This is our 3rd lease/purchase from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it was the easiest one thus far. We keep returning to this dealer because we're either extremely pleased with the deals and service th Annapolis and it was the easiest one thus far. We keep returning to this dealer because we're either extremely pleased with the deals and service they offer....or we're really stupid :-) All kidding aside, we've never had such outstanding service before in the many, many years we have been purchasing and/or leasing vehicles. What makes this dealership so unique, besides incredible employees is their service. We live close to 90 miles away and whenever the vehicle needs service, they send up a driver with at least an equivalent loaner car for the day of service and swap again when they deliver the serviced vehicle....at no charge (except, of course, for the service performed to the car). Each time we purchased our vehicles online with the assistance of several phone calls and did not need to ever visit the dealership. Papers were signed in our home when the car was delivered to our driveway....and Shandrial Hudson even programmed our garage door opener, radio and Bluetooth while here. You just can't beat that....and the price of the vehicle beat all other dealers to which we compared them. Unless we decide to switch the type of vehicle we drive, Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis will always have a dedicated customer. As an aside, employee attitude always flows down from the top and Paul LaRochelle, the General Manager, is absolutely dedicated to the ultimate in customer service. Chris Wills was the Business Manager who undertook the paperwork. I have bought many cars for pleasure and business and Business Manager’s always try to convince and force one to buy add’l products such as paint protection etc. Chris not once pushed any product until I asked him why he did not.
