This dealership offers superior service. Someone suggested that I call Sheehy "just to see." I am so glad that I did. From the first phone call, I felt comfortable and confident that I was being dealt with squarely. Although Annapolis is a distance from DC, they sent a driver to pick me up and transport me to the dealership. The physical surrounding are top shelf (including a stocked coffee/sandwich shop). More importantly however, the level of professionalism shown by my sales consultant, Chris Martin, and the finance manager, Chris Willis was impressive! They were patient and straightforward, with easy going manners. There was no hard press; they let the car sell itself. Ultimately, smiles all around and I drove off the lot with no regrets, confident that I had received the best deal. In fact, when other dealerships approached me (as a result of my general internet inquiries), not one dealership could come close to the deal I worked with Annapolis. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and particularly Chris Martin and Chris Willis! More
My husband and I stopped by the Lexus Dealership in Annapolis without an appointment on New Years Eve looking for a GX460 SUV. Chris Martin was the only employee that came out immediately with a warm welcome and asked if he could assist us. Little did we know that he was the salesman that our friends had recommended that we ask for. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not put any pressure on us to buy. Although they did not have the vehicle that we wanted, Chris allowed us to test drive the LX460 so that we could get a feel for the truck. While test driving the truck, Chris pointed out specific features and answered all of our questions. We decided that we wanted a 2010 versus a new truck before leaving that day and Chris has been in constant contact with me providing a status on where he is in terms of finding it. I could have gone to another dealership by now but appreciate so much how Chris is working so hard to find the SUV we want with specific criteria. He has displayed outstanding customer service and brand knowledge so we are going to stick with him until he finds what we want. We highly recommend him. More

WOW! What and AWESOME experience. Mr. Martin is the example of professionalism. From the moment that I meet him to our last dialogue he exhibited professionalism. He was very knowledgable about My 2009 RX 350-which I absolutely adore!There was a situation with the vehicle- the battery, Mr. Martin did not like the outcome that particular night, so he had the Service Gentlemen(a wonderful gentelmen also)set me up with a loaner car for the night and next work-day, until the battery was replace. When I walked out of there I was happy and I knew I was coming back for more excellent customer service, which by the way is a vital part of their organization. Once I got into the car Henry proceeded to thoroughly explain every detail of the vehicle in a knowledgeable and easy to understand manner. I felt very comfortable before and after I bought the car even when I had operator problems with the seats and trunk . . . he was right there on the phone to assist me.
