I purchased my third Lexus from this dealership after Chris Martin called to wish me a happy birthday in August. He was only calling to check on me (and my car, of course). One thing led to another and I ended up driving home that evening with another new car. There are salesmen and then there are men who sell cars. Chris is a GENTLEMAN who happens to be in the business of selling cars. He is, without question, one of the nicest and most knowledgeable sales personnel I have ever encountered. He is professional in every sense of the word but is not pushy. He picked out the car he thought I would want before I ever came into the dealership on my birthday and he was 100% correct! I have only good things to say about Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and, in particular, Chris Martin. I recommend this dealership and Chris highly. They have not only an exceptional sales staff but the service department is topnotch. If you are looking for the ultimate in buying/service experience, I would suggest you go to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis! More

I found my Lexus through the internet and called the dealership to inquire. I met Rachael there the next morning. She had the car cleaned, parked right by the front door and ready for me to test drive. Her attitude was so positive and she was so knowledgeable. Within 2 hours I had purchased my first Lexus. She even sat in the car and gave me step-by-step instructions on everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. More

There is a beautiful waiting area with leather seats and big screen TV's as an added bonus. More
I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a Lexus in the Washington DC area. I tried to work with several of the area Lexus dealers, and this one was the only dealership that would purchase a Lexus in the Washington DC area. I tried to work with several of the area Lexus dealers, and this one was the only dealership that would provide straight-forward pricing and direct answers to my questions. Chris List answered every question I asked with very direct answers. He never tried to hide any pricing details or squeeze every dollar out of me that he could (like is common practice with car dealerships)...he just gave me his lowest price. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They even delivered the car to my house which is over 40 minutes from the dealership at no extra charge. I would recommend the dealership and specifically Chris List to anyone. More
Battery removed and replaced flashing lights( warning) would not go away. Called you and was told that I would have to bring in. Then was told that run for 10 minutes go away. Had towed to you for nothing would not go away. Called you and was told that I would have to bring in. Then was told that run for 10 minutes go away. Had towed to you for nothing charged $85 for towing $124 for computer. This is ridiculous looking for reimburse. You r rep going to call me back and never did. I intend to refer to manufacturer. I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Martin over the past 1 year on 3 separate car purchases. The experience was excellent each time. His focus on customer service is remarkable. Each time he presented us with different options and analyses to help us make the best choice. I particularly like his calm, low pressure demeanor. I don't like high pressure sales tactics and will absolutely walk away if I encounter one. Chris understood our goals and allowed us to take the time/days we needed to make up our minds about which car to purchase. When I purchased the Lexus RX 350 from Chris the experience was so positive that I recommended him to my business partner who came in within 10 days and purchased a Lexus convertible from him. Most recently, Chris worked with my husband over 10+ days to help him locate the right SUV with the features and price point he wanted. Not only did he find the car, he drove it to my house to show us and let my husband test drive the SUV. The next day he returned to pick up the car to have the interior/exterior sealing applied; he brought us a complementary loaner car in the meantime. We truly appreciate his level of customer service. I call Chris periodically to ask questions and discuss car issues unrelated to our purchases at Sheehy. I would recommend him to friends and family each time. More
On Sunday, August 11th on my way home from Ocean City, I was in a car accident in Delaware. I was over an hour away from home. I was injured and my Lexus RX was not driveable. After I was checked out by the paramedics, I had to figure out what to do with my car. What do I do? Who will tow it? Where will they tow it to? How will I get all my belongings out of it? A thousand questions running through my head. I havent been in an accident in over 15 years, so I was at a loss. I texted my salesman Chris Martin and within 5 minutes (on a Sunday afternoon) he replied. He said, "I am sending Sean, the owner of Jeff's Auto Body your number and he will be calling you soon," within 5 minutes, Sean called. Sean told me to have the car towed directly to his shop. Atleast, 1 of my problems were solved. I cannot describe what a lifesaver Chris Martin was for replying so quickly and turning me over to the appropriate people. When you are stranded on the side of the road, over an hour away from home, and do not have a clue what to do....it is a terrible feeling. Chris was very concerned and caring and gave me peace of mind pertaining to my Lexus. I cannot thank him enough. More

I wasn't disappointed with the service I received during the recent purchase of a 2014 Lexus IS350, either. Every member of the Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis team I encountered was helpful and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. My salesman, Mike Bowen, was well-versed on the available functionality of the IS and didn't pressure or push me to make a decision before I was ready, which I appreciated. I really can't say enough good things about my experiences with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis! More

He also told me that I would be blown away by the level of customer service that I would receive once I walked through the showroom door. Well...he could not have been more right. As I made my way towards the reception desk I was greeted by Mike Bowen. Mike is a sales associate at Sheehy who instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision to browse through the showroom. Being a sale person myself, I can be a fairly tough critic of my peers in other fields of endeavor and he passed with flying marks. Buying a new car can be made to be an unpleasant task if you find yourself with an overbearing and pushy type sales person. Mike has none of those characteristics. Right away I felt at ease with my decision to visit Sheehy and free to browse the inventory without any pressure or obligation. If there was a question that I had, Mike was ready with the answer. I felt as if I was in control of the entire sales process instead of the other way around and, it is that experience that lead me to purchasing my new ES350....which, I might add is a wonderful car. In closing, if you happen to be in the market for a new Lexus, hopefully you will find yourself in the very capable hands of a true sales professional....Mike Bowen. I gave an overall rating of 'great' for my experience at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis because I was fortunate enough to have Chris Martin approach me as I was browsing the car lot. At the time, I was 'just looking' and Chris respected that and just spent some time talking to me about the cars. I told him that I was interested in the ES350 and he sat in one with me and pointed out all of the new features. I promised to return with my husband for a test drive. He believed me and trusted me to come back - none of the high pressure tactics to get me to purchase a car on the spot. My husband and I returned for the test drive and I absolutely loved the car. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the car - as well as the rest of the Lexus fleet. He recognized that I am a car lover (this is my 13th car purchase) and was able to talk with me intelligently about the other cars that I wanted to compare to Lexus. We talked a lot about the BMW 3 and 5 series. Chris was able to tell me the differences without bashing BMW - he scored big points with me for that. My experience with Chris was quite different from two previous trips to the dealership. On one previous trip, the salesman tried too hard to get me to lease instead of purchase. On the second, a salesman insisted on having me test drive the RX because I said that the only thing the ES didn't have was AWD. Too much pressure for me. I know what I want and just needed someone to help me to get it. Chris recognized that and worked with me. He is a true asset to the company and the dealership. Sales Manager Doug King is another treasure. He helped me to get a great bottom line price that I am very happy with. After all, when you purchase a $45,000 vehicle, you want to still be happy with it after the new car smell wears off. More
