I had been to at least a dozen dealerships within the past four months looking for a new SUV crossover. I never found one dealership with an employee who was very knowledgable or professional. I finally came to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis looking for a quality product with sales persons who knew their product and wanted to please their customer and listen to their questions and give intelligent and informed answers. Before I came into sheehy I had gone on line searching a pre owned Lexus RX 350. Shandrial Hudson emailed me with information which sparked my interest. I then came in and met her and she gave me a thorough review of a Rx350, explaining all the features. We went on a test drive and I left with a feeling of someone knowing their inventory and presenting it with pride. She never bothered me with constant telephone calls or emails. I even came back another time and went over other features of the car. I continued to visit other dealerships, but never found one to compare to Lexus of Annapolis. On Tuesday of this week, I decided to once again visit your dealership. Shandrial Hudson was not working that day, but a young gentleman, Jason Kulp assisted me. He also did a great job showing me a Rx350 which fit my requirements. I purchased a pre certified prior owned vehicle and he brought it to my house the following day. I recommend both of these individuals as outstanding Lexus employees. I would recommend your dealership and both Shandrial Hudson and Jason Kulp. They made purchasing a vehicle a pleasant experience.
