The reason was that I got 370K miles from my 2002 ES-300! My second purchase was a previously owned 2013 ES-350. My sales associate was Kelly Hollis and she did an amazing job! Although I was looking for a specific color, Kelly contacted me on a regular basis updating me on the colors that were available. I eventually purchased the the car that I test drove on my first visit.There were a few scuff marks on the car, however, Kelly had those removed and the car runs and looks great! Everyone from Paul on down does a great job .....TRULY, a great dealership. A big Thank You to Kelly for her time and energy!!!! More

Mr. Bowen is personable and very knowledgeable about the car that I purchased and interested in insuring that I am pleased with my purchase. He gave me a brief tutorial about the technology and set-up my phone to the hands free device. Mfr. Bowen even stopped by my house on his way to work to connect the remote feature for my garage door opener, so that I would not have to climb on a ladder. Now this is service! More
