I took my car in for a rattle. After spending 488.00, come to find out it was the bug screen in front of car. Have always been satisfied in the past, not this time! When I picked up vehicle I checked and all tires were at 36 psi which was what they were when I came In. I went back in and told my advisor, he apologized and took the truck back around. When he brought it back and said it was done I checked again and three tires were at 47 and one at 48. By the time I got home in cool weather all tires were reading 49 psi. I'll adjust them Back to where I want them myself!!! No idea what if anything they did With the spare although I'd asked them to check that also. More

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being victimized by a Ford dealership that left me feeling both frustrated and taken advantage of. After my car was broken into, I needed to get my key fob victimized by a Ford dealership that left me feeling both frustrated and taken advantage of. After my car was broken into, I needed to get my key fobs reprogram as the car thieves were able to disconnect them from my car, and that's when the nightmare began. Expecting reasonable and fair service, I approached shawnee mission ford for assistance. They told me I had to tow it in. Little did I know that I was about to be subjected to a blatant money-grabbing scheme. To my shock, Derby Miller demanded a staggering $177 simply to provide me with a code for the new key fob. He was indignant and rude. He should never be in customer service. I tried to reach out to Jack the service manager a few times and he just ignored me. Let's be clear - we're not talking about a physical key here. This is merely a digital code that can easily be generated in a matter of minutes, if not seconds. So why on earth does it warrant such an exorbitant fee? It's nothing short of a shameless exploitation of customers in a vulnerable situation. Not only is this price tag grossly inflated, but it also showcases a complete lack of empathy on the part of the dealership. In a time when I was already reeling from the violation of a car break-in, they saw fit to add insult to injury by capitalizing on my misfortune. It's a blatant disregard for customer well-being and a disgraceful display of corporate greed. I found out later that 4 dealerships were robbed and their key machines were part of the robberies. One might argue that the dealership has the right to charge for their services, but that's precisely where the problem lies. This exorbitant fee is not reflective of the actual cost or effort involved in generating a simple digital code. It's a clear attempt to squeeze every last dollar out of unsuspecting customers. To add insult to injury, there was no transparency or prior warning about this outrageous charge. It was only revealed to me after I had already invested time and energy in seeking their assistance. This lack of honesty and transparency is deeply disappointing and further erodes any trust one might have in their services. In the end, I had no choice but to pay the exorbitant fee to regain access to my own vehicle. However, I will not let this experience go unnoticed. It is my duty to warn others about the predatory practices of this particular Ford dealership. I implore anyone in need of key fob services to seek alternatives and avoid falling victim to this disgraceful extortion. In conclusion, the Ford dealership's $177 charge for a simple key fob code is nothing short of a scam. It preys on vulnerable customers, lacks transparency, and showcases a complete disregard for fair pricing and customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and financial burden by exploring other options. This dealership's actions are a stain on the reputation of Ford and a disservice to all who seek assistance in their time of need. More
